6 Month Check-up

Today we visited the doctor for Caroline's 6 month check-up. She had a ball with the measuring tape and loved all of the animal pictures and things to grab in the exam room. Our "healthy" baby girl weighs 16 pounds, 11 ounces and is nearly 26 inches long...a 2 pound weight gain from her 4-month exam. We've taken a picture of her on the table at the doctor's office at each of her visits and it's really fun to look back to her first picture at 4 days old. Wow...what a difference a few months makes.

New Favorite Friend

Caroline is super into the dogs these days. She is constantly watching them and giggling at their antics. She especially LOVES Birdie, who frequently graces her with her presence and a slobbery lick which makes her laugh over and over.

Caroline-6 Months

We just can't believe she's 6 months old already! We find it hard to remember what life was like "BC" (before Caroline) as we celebrate her first 6 months. Becoming parents and loving this little girl has exceeded our expectations in so many ways and brought us tremendous joy. We look back on her first months with such fondness and love and look forward to all the future holds for Caroline. Thank you to all who have so devotedly followed her blog. We love being able to share her pictures and videos with our friends and family and are thrilled that those of you who live far away get to know our "CC" via this blog.
